Bookings can
only be accepted from persons over 21 and will be made strictly in order of
deposits received; Sub-letting or Transferring letting will not be permitted
except by special arrangement and only the number of persons stated when booking
maybe accommodated.
A deposit of
4.5% is payable on reservation and the balance is to l5epaid on arrival in
exchange for the key. Accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10am On the day of departure.
Bookings can
only be made for Saturday to Saturday except during early and late season.
The inventory
provided in each flat must be checked on arrival and departure. All breakages or
damage to the flats or their contents must be paid for and the proprietor will
require access for the purpose of checking before departure.
The proprietor
cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any person or loss of, or damage
to any property brought onto the premises.
TV, radios,
record players or any musical instruments must not be played in such a manner as
to annoy other occupiers or to disturb children sleeping (insulation has been
provided between, floors of the flats to help reduce this problem).
Waterproof
mattress covers are fitted to all beds, if these are removed and the mattress is
soiled, visitors will be charged for a new mattress.
Pets will not be
allowed except by special arrangement at the time of booking,
Electrical or
other failures should be reported immediately and occupiers should not attempt
to effect repairs themselves.
In the case of
cancellation after booking has been confirmed, if the accommodation is not re-Iet,
the full tariff is payable. The deposit is not returnable. It is suggested that
visitors take out holiday insurance (Every effort is made to re-let).
These conditions
are drawn up for the benefit of all concerned to ensure a happy and carefree
holiday.
