NorthShore apartment was built in 1996 in
connection with the world famous NorthShore surf shop established in
1980.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious open
plan lounge/kitchen/diner, hallway with cloakroom, two bedrooms and
a bathroom all furnished, centrally heated and fully equipped to a
modern high standard.
The apartment can sleep 6-8 people.
Lounge
The spacious open plan lounge has two large futon
sofas (which provide the extra beds when there are more than 6
people) an armchair and a colour tv. Plus a large window giving
magnificent views over Newquay Bay.
Kitchen
Comprising of a fully fitted and equipped kitchen
with gas oven and hob, fridge (freezer compartment), toaster,
microwave, kettle ,cutlery and crockery and iron and ironing board.
Dining table to seat 6 people.
Bedroom 1
Large bedroom with king size bed, plus a single
bed (with pull out bed under) chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe,
colour tv and a full length mirror.
This bedroom also benefits from French doors
leading onto a balcony overlooking Newquay bay and coastline.
Bedroom 2
Twin beds, fitted wardrobe and a bedside table.

Modern bathroom suite comprising of a full size
bath, power shower, wash basin and w.c
